Kos Group LLC (“Kos Group,” “we,” “us”) is a New York limited liability company. This policy describes how we handle information on kosgroupventures.com and in iOS apps published by Kos Group LLC on the Apple App Store.

This website

This site is a static company page. We do not run accounts, newsletters, or comment forms. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics here. If you email us, we receive whatever you include — typically your address and message — and use it only to reply.

Your browser, DNS resolver, email provider, and the host that serves this site may process ordinary technical data (such as an IP address) in order to deliver a page or a message. We do not sell that information.

Our iOS apps

We do not currently have apps live on the App Store. When we publish apps, this policy applies unless a specific title includes its own notice.

Apps from Kos Group LLC run on Apple platforms. They may use Apple-provided services that are part of how an App Store product works, including:

• purchases and licensing through the App Store and StoreKit
• on-device storage, and iCloud if you turn it on
• diagnostics and crash reports you share with Apple, which Apple may make available to us as the developer

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising networks, and we do not build advertising profiles.

If an app needs extra data to do its job — a photo you pick, a permission you grant in iOS Settings — the system will ask, and we use that data only for that feature.

Children

This website and our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can change app permissions in iOS Settings. You can email us to ask what information we hold, or to request that we delete what is under our control. Apple keeps App Store records according to Apple’s own policies.
